Description

The strategy for Donna’s workshop is to open her photographer’s minds to see through the trappings of glitz and glamour to better understand what lies beneath. Donna will train her team to be ultra sensitive watchers of human nuances. And to catch people in the act of living the high life faster than a speeding bullet without being annoying, insensitive and/or rude.

Every photographer who takes on the rigorous demands of  Donna’s workshop will see what happens in the lives of the rich and infamous with scrupulous visual attention to the style with which they have become accustomed. The workshop focus will cover the South Florida celebrity scene– from private mansions to the polo fields, to the yachts. From the first day when Donna’s photographs learn how to become invisible to the last day when Donna’s photographers will find themselves embedded for a 24-hour period with billionaires, politicos, and socialites in order to create a visual diary for a grand premier party open to the public.

Jose Lambiet, the Palm Beach Post & South Florida gossip & celebrity News will join Donna on the second day of the workshop. He will give valuable insights about where to go, how to move in and out of celebrities circles. Donna teach her photographers to process this information fearlessly and accurately in order to prepare for the decisive moment. If Photography is an ephemeral science, then the camera is an extension of the individual heart and mind. Such as it is photography is an always a personal endeavor.

Digital cameras are cool. Analogue is cool. Any camera that works for you – which you are most comfortable with is all that’s required.
