Learn how to unleash the real darkroom in your computer by fully exploiting Lightroom. This workshop will take you places most Lightroom classes never go to, yet it is applicable to photographers at all levels. In this workshop, author/photographer Rob Sheppard will help you learn techniques that will help bring your camera's view of the world closer to your own. Your will learn how traditional darkroom techniques such as dodging and burning, emphasis, balance and more, techniques that master photographers like Ansel Adams, W. Eugene Smith and other great darkroom workers used to make evocative, more effective images. Take your photography to the next level by ensuring you are getting the most out of your original image files.

Biography

ROB SHEPPARD is a photographer, videographer and the author/photographer of over 30 books, as well as a well-known speaker and workshop leader. He was the long-time editor of the prestigious Outdoor Photographer magazine and helped start PCPhoto (Digital Photo). Presently he is editor-at-large for Outdoor Photographer. Sheppard has written hundreds of articles about photography and nature, plus books including the Magic of Digital Landscape Photography, the Digital Photographer's Complete Guide to Shooting HD Video, and Top Tips Simplified: Adobe Photoshop Elements 9.
