In The Master Black and White Print workshop, you will explore the various techniques used to create a perfect black and white print. There is more than one way to convert an image from full color to black and white. Many of the basic techniques available can leave you with a print that looks obviously edited in Photoshop. We will go over a handful of different techniques, which ones to use and which to avoid, and how to best apply these techniques to your images and get the best true to black and white print possible.
This workshop takes a practical application approach to when, why, and how to convert an image. In it, you learn which methods give you the best results and when to choose a simple or a complex solution.

Photoshop Actions have already been made and will be available for every technique that will be shown for Photoshop CS4, CS5 and CS6 …. AND if you are using CS5 and CS6, the actions have been made into a Configuration panel that will help to speed up your image production workflow.
You need to bring a Digital SLR camera and lenses, a Tripod, 10 image files you would like to print in black and white, a thumb drive and an external hard drive.

He is a member of the Epson Stylus Pros, a Nikon Legend Behind the Lens, an Xrite Colorotti, Lexar Elite Photographer, an American Photo Magazine Mentor Trek and Master Class instructor and a member of the National Association of Photoshop Professionals Instructor Dream Team teaching regularly at Photoshop World and the Maine Photographic and Palm Beach Photographic Workshops. Vincent was the original host of the Epson Print Academy.
