Description

Many of us have a book in us, some a sketchy but persistent idea and some, a more fully formed vision. This will be a weekend of bringing those ideas into book form in a supportive community. Bring your ideas for narratives, themes in your work, current concerns, family photographs, mementos, journeys, memories, dreams…and we will work together to make them into handmade books.

Bring photo files that interest and have energy for you for this project and your laptop with the version of Photoshop you use. We’ll have papers and cover materials, but you may be moved to bring in additional ones that speak to you for possible inclusions, collage, covers, end-paper, ribbons, etc.

We will begin at 9 am Friday morning and finish by 3pm Sunday afternoon.
