Joyce Tenneson is the author of 16 books, including the bestseller Wise Women. for over a decade around the globe, she has facilitated spiritual retreats which blend photography, journal writing, and guided meditations.
Critics have written that Tenneson’s work is “haunting” and seems to come from some “mysterious realm outside of time.” Joyce spent many years in an interdisciplinary Jung study group, and was a student of Joseph Campbell in her formative years as an artist. She has always had a duel interest in art and human development, and has made blending these two passions the cornerstone of her creative and personal life.
