The Artist Statement can be a game changer in terms of getting your work noticed and connecting with influencers in the creative space.  How current is yours?  Artists of all mediums and levels are welcome to participate in this 3 hour hands-on immersion into the Artist Statement. This workshop will offer valuable insights as to how an Artist Statement should read in our modern world.  Crafting the Artist Statement that Sings will also feature Susan’s signature practices, including working sessions in which participants will build their own personal statements.  Everyone will leave with a framework for a fresh take on their Artistic profile! Susan Currie is a West Palm Beach poet with a camera who documents life's lyrical moments through her personal creative projects. Her work has been widely published. Her new book, SUPERFLOW: Light Up the Artist in You will be released in spring of 2021. Susan met her muse when she discovered the practice of yoga (and became an instructor) many moons ago. In the creative workshops she leads throughout the country, Susan shares her signature approach to slow shooting and incorporating mindfulness into the artistic practice.
